We are always interested to hear from potential new consultants who would value the freedom of the self-employed, combined with the support and benefits that come from working in a team.

In the first 12 months we provide training that meets the specific needs of a new consultant, mentoring and financial support.

There is an opportunity to take a stake in the business and after 12 months we require new consultants to do so. Such a stake need not be financially onerous and we adopt this approach as we want all consultants to have a real interest in the business as a whole and share in the overall results.
