Coaching & mentoring are core parts of Obsidian’s consultancy services. Obsidian consultants combine considerable experience, theoretical knowledge and skills to:

• undertake coaching & mentoring interventions that help executives perform to their potential
• assist in the development and implementation of coaching & mentoring strategy
• provide training and development in coaching & mentoring skills to managers.

Obsidian Consulting has considerable coaching & mentoring experience, built both in practice and on senior management experience itself. We monitor developments with the principal coaching & mentoring related bodies (including the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, East Mentoring Forum and Coaching Psychology Forum) and maintain awareness of current thinking and developments. In this respect we have links with the British Psychological Society as well as various universities and business schools. We maintain a sound reputation and a highly successful track record working with senior managers in both private and public sectors.
