Business planning and strategy model

Obsidian have developed a model that can be viewed as a ‘road map’ for developing a strategy and business plan. It is an ‘iterative’ process; initial ideas at a ‘higher level’ often have to be amended in the light of what is identified as the more detailed part of the plan is developed.
